Handeye Sports Terms and Conditions – Senior School Group Lessons
Wet weather policy:
In the event of wet weather, group lessons at the TSS Senior School may not go ahead. Wet weather options/locations may be utilised, but this is subject to availability and at the discretion of the coaches.
Make Up Lessons:
Make up lessons are subject to availability and can be arranged by emailing tennis@tss.qld.edu.au in advance of missed lessons. Make up lessons are only available if more than 12 hours notice is given in advance of the scheduled start time. Maximum 4 make up lessons per player per term. Coaches are not previewed to school events that may clash with tennis sessions e.g. camps, excursions etc. Make up lessons do not carry over to the following term.
Payment:
Payment must be received prior to the commencement of group lessons. All payments are not refundable, except in the case of wet weather cancellations. In the event of wet weather cancellations, the options given include a make-up squad, credit for next term or a refund. Refunds will be issued at the end of the term.
Liability:
The player and parent/guardian acknowledges that there is a certain amount of assumed risk while participating in any Handeye Sports session and will not hold Handeye Sports responsible for any accidents or injuries of any kind while participating in any sessions/activities.
Parents/Guardians agree to release Handeye Sports and any employees or representatives of the company from all actions, proceedings, demands, claims, expenses (including legal expenses), damages and liabilities arising from or incurred while participating in any Handeye Sports sessions.
Media Release:
Permission is given for Handeye Sports to take photographs and or videos during any Handeye Sports session. Permission is given for these images and or videos to be used on Handeye Sports websites, social media platforms, media releases, education materials or on Handeye Sports printed material.
