High Performance squads are held at the prep school.
Note: Please ensure you have been in contact the coaching staff before signing up for prep high performance squads.
- Orange Ball HP – Monday 6:45am-8:15am
- Orange Ball HP 2 – Tuesday 6:45am-8:15am
- Red Ball HP – Wednesday 7:15am-8:15am
- Gold Ball HP – Thursday 6:45am-8:15am
