Wet Weather Policy:
Private lessons may be postponed or cancelled due to inclement weather. The coach will communicate with you in advance if this occurs. It is assumed that the lesson will continue as scheduled if no communication from either party is received.
Make Up Lessons:
Make up lessons are subject to availability and can be arranged directly with the coach. Minimum 12 hours in advance is required for any lesson cancellation by the player. Coaches are not previewed to school events that may clash with tennis lessons e.g. camps, excursions etc. Because of this, it is the parents/players responsibility to cancel or reschedule a lesson because of a school event. If a player does not show up to a scheduled tennis lesson because of a school event and has not let the coach know, they will be charged for that session.
Payment:
Private lessons are currently billed at the end of each quarter. Payment is due within 7 days. If payment is not received within the 7 day timeframe, Handeye Sports will require payment in advance for all future private lessons. Handeye Sports also reserves the right to cancel any lessons of clients who have not paid within this timeframe.
Liability:
The player and parent/guardian acknowledges that there is a certain amount of assumed risk while participating in any Handeye Sports session and will not hold Handeye Sports responsible for any accidents or injuries of any kind while participating in any sessions/activities. Parents/guardians agree to release Handeye Sports and any employees or representatives of the company from all actions, proceedings, demands, claims, expenses (including legal expenses), damages and liabilities arising from or incurred while participating in any Handeye Sports sessions.
Media Release:
Permission is given for Handeye Sports to take photographs and or videos during any Handeye Sports session. Permission is given for these images and or videos to be used on Handeye Sports websites, social media platforms, media releases, education materials or on Handeye Sports printed material.
